Scott Acklin

Scott has been the Pastor of Newfire since its forming in 2021. His roles in other ministries have included small group leadership, worship leader, youth pastor, associate pastor, and pastor.
Scott’s heart is to encourage Christians to not just listen to the Word of God, but to live it. Scott hopes to see all believers walk in the Love of Christ for one another. His heart's desire is to see Christ's Church live in the victory that was handed to them through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
Scott believes the key to living out the word of God is to be in good relationship with God himself through all aspects of who God is: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
